A strategic HR professional with more than nine years of experience leading recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development and corporate training across Canadian and international environments.
Alex founded WellSpoke HR to bring clear, practical and business-minded HR guidance to organizations that need experienced support without building a large internal HR function. His background combines executive HR leadership with hands-on recruitment, policy development, performance management, learning and development, and multicultural workforce support.
His career has included senior HR and operations leadership in the beauty and wellness sector, long-term HR leadership with an international education company, corporate training, university teaching and earlier experience in customs compliance and customer service.
